My company ordered Italian food for lunch

But I brought in for lunch Chicken Breast, Brown Rice, Spinach & Avocado. My skinny pawg co-worker keeps trying to convince me pasta is ok for pre-work out, but I know I’ll fall asleep.

nigguh thighs have 3x’s as much fat as breasts and that number get incremental as the portions increase
