My company ordered Italian food for lunch

:unimpressed:

But I brought in for lunch Chicken Breast, Brown Rice, Spinach & Avocado. My skinny pawg co-worker keeps trying to convince me pasta is ok for pre-work out, but I know I’ll fall asleep.

Thoughts?

EDIT: I work out the whole body every other day. 160 lbs / 6ft

You got some peculiar nutritional values. I saw a post about you recommending chick thighs over breast:wtb:
How is that peculiar. Seems silly to force chicken breast every meal when there is a better tasting alternative. Only difference is slight change in macros because thighs have more fat.

In regards to working food off.......you can have an outlook that you don’t have to exercise to a certain point or extra to burn off certain food. Some of you might have a healthier relationship with food and exercise with that view :manny:

Slight change in micros:gucci:nigguh thighs have 3x’s as much fat as breasts and that number get incremental as the portions increase

Closer to 3 times but chicken breast are notoriously low in fat. Easily adjustable for macros unless you are on competition prep. For the average person it’s a fair adjustment for better adherence and not coming to a forum bytching about flavorless food.
