Anybody ever have this before? Its not like paralyzing or super painful its just there . It happen after I benched a while back. I stretched a lot from then on and reduced it a lot but its still there. I did some military presses last week and now its a bit more sensitive.

Its in the area that's talked about here

Did you bring the bar down too hard?
Is there pain when you do something not weight lifting related? Like putting a shirt or jacket on or picking up a cup?

I think it was what GinaThatAintNoDamnPuppy! said, but I started doing it like that afterwards on my own.
-I don't think it was from bringing it down too quick probably from not stretching enough prior to doing the exercise and not tucking my elbows in.
-Only when lifting weights or something heavy, I have no problems doing either of what you suggested. It was real sensitive after doing military presses, think I might have to find a alternative for shoulders.
Today it feels like it was never there, I did do that exercise which agitated it again last Friday :manny:

It sounds like injured yourself.
Take time off doing shoulder and chest work. Like a month or more. No joke. Then, come back going 100%.
