i do a power walk with a mix of sprints and some jogging for my cardio a few times a week basically whenever i can. half the time though the front of my shins hurt so bad about halfway through i want to stop but dont because im not a bytch and basically struggle through the rest of my cardio
ive tried stretching and and wondering if im missing a stretch or if i just need new sneakers...my running shoes are in decent shape but i could get another pair if need be im stumped on what else is wrong im fit so its not like my muscles are not used to being used
so to all my runners wtf do you do about shins splints and shin pains?
