Please tell me how to fix this sh1t.

three days ago I worked my legs, a little bit past the burn :whew:

I felt great,, it kinda hurt the next day, hurt like sh1t the last couple days......

what do I do, or is it just rebuilding. I know it will still hurt tomorrow because it's not that good type of sore.

Are you new at working out...specifically your legs?

Maybe you fukked up your form and tore some shyt?

Have you rested properly..are you eating well?

Have you stretched? :ahh:

I'm not new... but I admit, I didn't stretch well..

I think I had OK form; but I used madddd pressure, because I'm like "fck that weak sh1t, I used to be able to do this".

I haven't been resting properly, but that never was a factor for me. While in the military I got no sleep on deployments and did nothing but workout.. and my body was just stupid.

I'm in shape now and I eat healthy. I just need to know how to get rid of this sh1t - or do I need to wait it out? I'm walking funny at work n sh1t the last 2 days

work through it

muscle soreness is to be expected, do stretch though

but at the end of the day you just gotta want it :ehh:

leg days always take me days too, i find that if i just hop on the treadmill and force myself to run, the soreness flushes out
