I gotta give it to the flood man...in halo 1-3 whenever these nikkas were introduced in the story every mission after that point was dope as fukk...particularly in halo 1 missions got tense as shyt trying to deal with these nikkas it was also fun watching them and the covenant fight it out shyt was comedy

If we're counting franchises that aren't native to video games, definitely going up against the Joker in the any of the Batman/DC games. That iconic is just so classic. A lot of DC fans have been complaining about "Joker fatigue" for the last decade but I am still not tired of it.

If not, going up against Ganondorf, particularly in his human form, is always awesome.

Higher Vampires in the Witcher 3, particularly Blood and Wine. Those fukkers don't play.

BROOOO How could I forget the Man of Glass. Definitely the best villain in the Witcher series.

That dude was for real. Freaked me out there was monsters that powerful in the Witcher universe
