Oscar Isaac has been cast as the titular villain in Bryan Singer’s X-Men: Apocalypse.

Variety reports that the Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Inside Llewyn Davis actor will play Apocalypse in the sequel to X-Men: Days of Future Past. The character was teased in the end-credits stinger for that film.
