Yea he immediately regretted it. He vehemently opposed Edward Teller, I think, to atone for his sins
well Teller had alot of convictions for why he supported the Bomb

seeing as his home country Hungary was fukked up by the Russians

while Oppenheimer never really had any convictions for why he worked on the bomb

like i said he had convictions...rather they were legitimate or not is up to debate...
