Ongoing debate: what's your natural skin color?

I've been having this debate forever and I can't figure it out

The inside of your forearm, under the wrist area (if that makes any sense) is a good indication for males. For females obviously the bikini line. Why do you ask? Are you a self-hating negro trying to pass the paper bag test?

well thats hard cos some ppl have lighter face darker neck and some people are opposite.
