On March 12, 2024, Well Go USA is releasing the Blu-ray for One-Percent Warrior (aka One Percenter), starring martial arts star, Tak Sakaguchi (Battlefield Baseball, Re:Born).
For the film, Sakaguchi re-teams with filmmaker Yudai Yamaguchi, who previously worked with Tak as writer on Versus, and as director on Yakuza Weapon. These two, packaged with choreographer Kensuke Sonomura (Hyrda), earns One Percenter a spot on your must-see list.
Two ruthless yakuza gangs interrupt the shooting of an action flick at an abandoned factory. The action star isn’t too pleased. One hundred yakuza against one ? Pfff, too easy.
One-Percent Warrior also stars Rumika Fukuda (Kamen Rider Faiz 20th: Paradise Regained), Sho Aoyagi (Yakuza Apocalypse) and Togo Ishii.
