One of the reasons why i think people act like crabs in a barrel

Yes some people hate for no reason but you get some individuals that feel they work much much harder than the person thats being put over, fuss felling sad and trying to put/keep that person down.

I feel like this is human nature and it's something you have to accept as a part of reality when you grow up. What the real issue is, is whether you can effectively deal with these people and not let them affect you on your come up in any sort of way.
