If you get a blended sentence you can. I work in a Juvie. Once you turn 21, I've seen some turn free if they behavior permits. And some sent to big boy prison if they been fooling in juvie.

Yea you’re right. I’m speaking more towards the JLWOP types. SCOTUS has been afraid to touch those for decades even tho they’ve ruled in other cases that juveniles didn’t understand the ramifications behind their actions and etc.
