To chill on the workingout for the day?

Mainly talking about sinus infection/Cold type symptoms.

I’m the type to notice the symptoms build to its peak, should I workout through it or lay low.

any tips on getting rid of this ASAP

I generally push through if I don't have a fever

Have to find the cause breh. For me it's allergies. If they get set off it's a whole chain reaction. So I do some kind of nasal spray during allergy season

I just had a influx of babies in the family I think I got it from my nephew who just entered daycare for the 1st time and got sick. I been watching him this last week after he gets home.
