He could've gone to him and said the cops started finding holes in his story. He could've said Omar lawyered up and he had an air tight aliby. He coul've said the odds of the case going to trial were slim. Marlo wasn't trying to get a conviction.. he just wanted him behind bars so he could be an easier target. But Andre fled and when Marlo didn't know where Omar was in jail, they assumed Andre snitched or punked out. Had Andre been straight up, Marlo would've eventually found out, Omar was transferred.

Nah I can't buy that, Andre was doomed either way. The slightest fukk up gets you in a vacant. A rumor gets almost an entire family killed and look what happened to Little Kevin. A blow back was non-existent with what Little Kevin did with Randy but Marlo gets rid of him anyway creating a fukked up chain events.

And that shyt he pulled with the security guard was just to make himself feel like a man because he got clowned by those older dudes at the poker game.
