If you have high ceilings, get a good power tower / pull up bar to round out your home gym. Less than $150 with holiday deals.What real good workouts can I get in with just these things the days I can't make it to the gym .....

Be cateful with bench pressing by your self so you don't drop the bar on chest and die. Just do standing press and body weight strict push up or weighted pushups with plate on your back.just tryna look good man. Get cut up .. husky.. just have that look you know lol
I go to the gym too but my car died on me and I got a dui case so I can’t get there as much as I like but I still wanna get a workout in every morning
