What real good workouts can I get in with just these things the days I can't make it to the gym .....

Bent Over barbell rows
Front barbell squat
Standing press and standing strict press

Glute barbell bridge

Barbell curls

Strict body weight push up

Yeah that's good stuff.

You could Do a starting strength program at home.

Or mass in a flash, just Google search full body workout programs because they utilize the " big 5" lifts, those lifts involve the barbell.



T Nation has programs also.
T Nation has 40 day program which is simple no brainer workout for home.


You can do barbell thruster.

just tryna look good man. Get cut up .. husky.. just have that look you know lol

I go to the gym too but my car died on me and I got a dui case so I can’t get there as much as I like but I still wanna get a workout in every morning

If you have high ceilings, get a good power tower / pull up bar to round out your home gym. Less than $150 with holiday deals.

complement the weight training with calisthenics movements

Be cateful with bench pressing by your self so you don't drop the bar on chest and die. Just do standing press and body weight strict push up or weighted pushups with plate on your back.

I was mostly lifting at home with the exact same equipment except I have 2 40lb dumbbells also
