http://theboxingtribune.com/2014/11...adrien-broner-becomes-professional-party-boy/

Former three-division world champ and dedicated social media rabble-rouser, Adrien Broner, has made the transition from amateur party boy to paid partier.
According to TMZ, Broner’s people are putting the fighter’s name out there as a celebrity party attendee, willing to grace your nightclub, strip club, or private party with his presence for anywhere between $6,000-$10,000 a night.
Reportedly, Broner has already done several dates and is almost booked up through the end of this year- although Thanksgiving and Christmas are still available for the right price.

And while 6-10K a night is good money for anyone, it’s relative chump change compared to what Broner could be making with a good name fortified by a career where he is actually reaching his potential.

The fighter, who posted mediocre wins over Carlos Molina and Emmanuel Taylor this year after an embarrassing bashing at the hands of Marcos Maidana in late 2013, has no immediate plans to return to the ring, but will supposedly be hitting the gym again in December.

In the past, Broner has added heat to his career trajectory by pulling all kinds of outside-the-ring shenanigans, from tasteless video skits to a rap tour to a “leaked” porno video.

However, these extracurricular stunts always walked hand in hand with the ring performances of a rising young fighter, who showed promise of being boxing’s next superstar.
Post-Maidana loss, the media has been slow to share his video stunts and fans don’t really seem to care all that much about the fighter who was being touted by some as the “next Mayweather.”

The reality of the matter for Broner is that he’s famous because he’s a fighter…period. He is the fighter– who is also a social media provocateur, hip-hop performer, and now professional partier.

As his career fizzles and/or dwells on a second and third tier level, people will care less and less about his dumb online jokes or about rubbing elbows with him at some club.
If Broner continues to treat his bread and butter boxing as an afterthought, he’s going to eventually find himself waiting in line to enter the same clubs he now charges for the privilege of his presence.

He's diversifying his income, promoting his singles in the clubs while staying in shape and ya'll still find a way to hate :why:

:beli: I don't think partying and staying shape go together too well. Especially for someone like him who claims to have higher ambitions. Not to mention promoting his singles in the clubs, breh you serious? :pachaha:

@yawn already said everything that needs to be said:yeshrug:

He doesn't have a fight coming up, he's not in training camp preparing for a fight....why should I be upset he's getting PAID to party, when that's what he does in between fights anyways:manny:

Now, if this was happening while a fight was scheduled, then we'd have something to talk about. Hell, my boy SOG is about to shoot a movie in between his next fight....nothing wrong with it.

#BandCamp....we ain't never had it.

#AboutBillionsPromotions coming next:banderas:

You right about partying and staying in shape being at odds but in his recent interviews he looks to be in near fight shape , before the Maidana fight he was :flabbynsick:

Also why is him promoting his singles at a club he's being paid to attend so far fetched to you :dwillhuh: You know that's what rappers do right :dwillhuh:

their is life OUTSIDE of the Ring ..especially when it comes to Marketing..............

regardless of your sentiments ADRIEN BRONER is a BRAND

although I hope Broner isn't doing this partying to the extreme ..and still remains focus on boxing

I don't SEE AN ISSUE with it :manny:

like homie said he is getting Paid......and I see nothing wrong with supplemental income coming from other ventures

remember he is in the SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT business

he's not getting any major endorsements ..which is a healthy source of revenue for athletes...so this makes perfect sense
