He has too many surprise tactics and his intuition is above par. Maybe not as excellent as Zatoichi's blind sensing but I think he'd have the upper hand. I just can't see Itto losing a fair one.

Deep down I feel Zatoichi would win but I got more love for Itto. My votes biased.

Blind Samurai skills are GodTier
But Itto doesn't play fair he aint a samurai no more. Man will throw swords and spears, gun you down with the cart.
