finally has remotely competent team mates, no longer has that bum Monty Williams as coach, finally away from that hack Troy Weaver as gm, and he's looking like one of the best players as he was expected to be when he was drafted 1st 4 seasons ago.

He's looking like a two way star as well. Just a real hooper.

Because they have. It's been damn near 20 years of them thinking their treading water but unknowingly drowning. I think Monty might have been the blessing that they needed to finally come to the realization that nobody, the coach, gm, or owner, really know wtf they doing. Cleaned house and it finally look like it might be some light we can see at the edge of the horizon.

Both have elite level innate talent but Cade has the better mindset. Mindset in the league is the biggest differentiator.

Saw glimpses of it last year in the splits with Bojan playing, just having a slight semblance of spacing made a world of difference. Monty putting Ausar/Stew/Duren out there together in the year 2023 was not serious basketball.

Yes I agree with you that's true. Green was drafted number 2 based upon what scouts thought he could become with his insane athleticism. But his skillset is lagging and his efficiency shooting has failed to improve by very much. He's a chucker. Plus the guy is running around getting hoes tattooed on him lol

Cade is smarter, more mature, more coachable, and has intangibles things that can't be taught moreso is what i mean by mindset. His skillset is much more refined and he plays winning basketball.
