If people look the league's always had it out for the Aces whether it was the new facility Mark built, or Aces supporting chartered flights right along with the Liberty a few years ago. The league's always concerned about a "leg up", Vegas & NY have been trying to give their players perks

Nothing happened to Vegas either time and I doubt anything will now, but it shows there's owners that just can't compete with the Aces/Liberty so they want to keep the product in the dark ages instead of investing more or getting out the way for people with more money

Which also kind of proves a point considering the current state of their main sports team and how shytty they are where they can't get a leg up on the competiton and it's an even playing field.

It's more so of egos with these two individuals considering that other owners could toss around bread just like them if they really wanted to do so.

With how Tsai treated Kyrie and tried strong arming Morey out of the league among other things said about him, keep his influence as far away as possible.
