for the record... the Sparks had a offense than the Fever last year. They scored fewer points, shot worse from the field and shot worse from 3.

So for people blaming the Fever for getting blown out every game so far this year, on the roster Clark inherited, the Sparks were worse and they are competing. Vegas is the best team in the WNBA and they kept it close.

And most people don't know this but Jackie Young is the highest paid player in the WNBA. She's basically their Draymond Green as she does everything.

And it's criminal that Wilson finished FOURTH in the MVP race last year, despite the Aces having the most wins in regular season history. And that was with Candance Parker being hurt for most of the season.

The league wasn’t trying to give her a third MVP last year. That would have undoubtedly put her in the GOAT conversation accolades wise and that would only further highlight how poorly they’ve done with promoting her compared to the likes of Breanna Stewart and Sabrina Ionescu.

If she has another dominant season and the Aces finish with the best record, they have to to give it her. Especially with the increased ratings and her signature sneaker incoming.

Most of their games last year was competitive. Because it wasn’t about trying to get one player involved.

Basically, fans want Clark to score 30 points a game no matter what and everyone else has to figure it out. Can’t win like that. They have no identity right now.

I totally disagree......Aja is the best player but she was not the MVP....Aja has the

* Best pg in the league (Gray) who was also the best playoff performer and finals MVP in 2022
* The best SF in the league (Young)
* A top 3 sg (Plum).....Vegas won the championship the previous season without C. Parker so her non-contribution was irrelevant

A player who plays with that much talent should not be winning MVP unless she had to carry them for stretches of the season.....Young/Plum/Gray all had tremendous seasons in 2023......I thought it was disgusting that Aja/Hammon complained about Aja getting a 4th place vote when that 3rd place vote went to her teammate C.Gray.......Wilson's teammates are starting to become underrated because she wants all of the attention/Glory.
