She’s 6’5”. How tall do you think most WNBA centers are?

That's the point...Boston is not 6'5....She's 6'4 .

Let's take a look at the height of some of the starting centers around the league:

NY- Jones- 6'6
Chi- Cardosa- 6'7
Phoe-Griner- 6'9
Wash- Austin- 6'5
Dal- McCowan- 6'7

That's 5 centers taller than Boston......Then you take a look at some of the other starting centers

Sea- Magbegor-6'4
LV- Wilson-6'4

Both are more athletic than Boston and can get up/down the court....Boston needs to get stronger and improver her conditioning.

We're getting Paige. Griner is out indefinitely with a fractured toe. That's bad news, but at the same time good news because that increases our chances for the first pick. Now I'm hoping they don't trade away that top pick this year. Cooper and Taurasi was killing last night. It's amazing what Taurasi is doing at 20 years in the wnba.

Not so fast buddy......NY has the right to swap 1st rd picks with Phoenix in the 2025 draft....Phoenix's first rd pick will be going to NY.....Phoenix traded away the pick last season to create cap space to sign Taurasi....DT did not want to take a pay cut so Phoenix had to give up swap rights as a way to create cap space.

Well she’s listed as 6’5” :yeshrug:

Also, Griner and Cardoso are out because of injuries

Too much ass. She reminds me of Kalani Brown from Baylor. Brown was more thicker, but their games were similar.

The problem with everyone’s input is they expect the women to play like the men. The bigs in the WNBA play a traditional role. Aaliyah is like Tim Duncan, but yall expect her to play like Giannis or Embid. Not happening. She was never asked to play like that in high school or college.

Indiana picked her last year and she went on to be rookie of the year and an all star. Now people saying she has to change her whole style of play :mjlol: make it make sense. She shouldn’t have to. Clark average 9 assists last year to lead the nation. She supposed to adapt her game to the players around her. That’s what point guards do.

It’s like when Chris Paul got traded to the Clippers. He adapted and Blake Griffin didn’t regress.

Boston's a good player...but even last season she had games where she was passive.....Boston played 40 games last season...She took 9 or fewer shots in 20 of those games.

Good number.... even a great number.... it was against some stiff competition with the NBA playoffs going on. This might put to bed the idea of the WNBA competing anywhere near the NCAA's popularity though.

HIGHEST RATED GAME SINCE
THE SPARKS/COMETS IN 01.

I KEEP TELLING PPL
THE WNBA USED TO BE MORE POPULAR
BEFORE IT BECAME A BULL DIKE LEAGUE
