Just to switch it up what do yall think of rickea? Shes in a weird spot because shes so underrated that she virtually gets no hate from anyone and its always the coaches fault. From what ive seen of the sparks shes a good 3 level scorer but she doesnt really stand out in ways like somebody like hamby is this season. I know her coach was benching her for defense earlier in the season and I heard some other issues where her lack of playmaking was concerning. Im just curious what her strengths and weaknesses are from what yall have seen.

I think she has the potential to be the best offensive player outta this draft her game is so smooth kinda like KD you just look up and like damn she got 15 already. And I think she’ll get better defensively she’s pretty agile and long so curt will probably get her right

Bc they would’ve been picked to finish at the bottom if they had the same team as last year or picked a rookie guard not named CC. Last season, they were picked to miss the postseason during the preseason rankings. That’s the team led by rookie Aliyah Boston, Kelsey Mitchell, and bum ass NaLyssa Smith (pre CC). Pre Clark=missing post season, bottom tier team. Post Clark=picked to make the playoffs. This team was picked to make the playoffs bc they added the number one overall pick. It’s not a hard concept. @CHICAGO is trying to say the team was good enough to make the playoffs with or without her which is not true. Without her, they got the number one overall pick. With her, they are slated to make the playoffs. That’s not a coincidence.

Edit: What’s not disingenuous is that Chicago was slated to finish last after losing their coach, Kah, and the others but with the help of Angel and Chennedy additions they are probably going to make the playoffs.

The dream still looked terrible with rhyne and because they were worse before Aaliyah they improved by 5 games with Aaliyah why wouldn’t they improve again this year with Aliyah having another year under her belt?
