this was the wake up call to the owners to get their shyt together, from what I hear they dont invest shyt into the team and have no plans of a practice facility, theres not even any news about a coach yet they just dont seem to be a serious organization despite the talent they have

compared to dallas who has a new arena and new practice facility coming in 2026 and are the highest valued team in the league, so I could see why cathy is rewarding teams that are actually investing in their franchise despite the market size

No point in Paige going back. Nobody knows what's gonna happen after this next season with renegotiations pending. Plus Dallas actually invest in the team so she will get taken care of.
