Also, LaChina’s argument for Reese is that Clark came to a team with all stars, a #1 pick and TWO #2 picks that were on the team a year ago (similar to how Vegas stacked back to back to back #1 picks). The Sky don’t have any all stars and they have a totally new team from last year.

Enough with this....Indy won 13 games and had the 3rd worst record....No team wants to trade for Smith and Mitchell has a career 27% win percentage.,They also had the toughest schedule to open the season...11 gms in 20 days...9 of first 11 against the top 5 teams in the league.

Also, LaChina conveniently left out that Chicago added Carter and Cordosa

Chicago only won 18 games, but they lost their BEST player (Khaleah Copper who’s 3rd in the league in scoring and one of those Olympians you mentioned), their starting PG (Courtney Williams), the runner up to MIP (Alana Smith). What part of totally new roster isn’t registering with you? Angel and Kamilla are rookies learning on the fly. They only returned THREE players from last year. Elizabeth Williams started last year and this season until she got hurt and she’s out for the season. Dana Evans came off the bench last year, started this year until she was benched 4 games ago. Marina Mabrey started last year and is starting this year, but YOU said she should come off the bench. So what is this talented team the Sky is supposed to have that compares to the Fever and and all their high draft picks? Angel went 7th because they thought 6 players were better. Even many of yall in this thread didn’t think her game would translate to the pros and that she should just model. Just because she’s producing now, don’t try to act like adding her meant they would be a playoff team when most thought the Sky would be trash. ESPN only gave them one game for that reason.

There’s a reason the Fever were picked to finish around 7th because they were EXPECTED to build off last season. Meanwhile, the Sky was predicted to finish 11th-12th because they were seen as a team in a rebuild. They’re actually exceeding expectations.

Nothing but facts here. If a team with 2 #1 and 2 #2 players can't beat out a newly built team with picks #3 and #7 from this year's draft, that's eye opening.

the sky are terrible the crumble without Angel on the floor which is why Angel more than doubles Caitlin win share and has a way higher off rating and way better defense rating than her as well

This is cool and all...but something that isn't being calculated is the number of open shots Clark's teammates are getting due to her presence.

Or the number of open shots that they brick at the rim:pachaha:

Or the number of great passes that they mishandle that would've amounted to a shot at the rim:pachaha:

Caitlin should be averaging 9-12 assists a game.

If the Mercury have a short postseason and the opportunity to trade Griner for a package centered around Kiki, Sabally or Edwards presence itself, I would consider making the trade.....Griner has all the tools but she has a role-player mentality. Shes also a follower.

I see a scenario where Dallas, Chicago, and Washington lands Kiki and would be open to making a trade.

If Chicago lands Kiki would you keep her or trade for Griner?.....Kiki nor Angel are SF

If Dallas lands Kiki, should they offer Phoenix Kiki or Sabally?

If Washington lands Kiki, should they offer Phoenix Edwards/Shakira/Picks for Griner?
