Without getting too into the mud, he’s not able to recruit the type of players he needs for the system he wants to run due to still running that “Carolina Way” nostalgia during the NIL era.

On court, he’s struggled to coach an entire game and most games seems to have issues with starting lineups, first half rotations, and getting players motivated.
