1. Although Snyder's 'Man of Steel' was a masterpiece, Nolan's Batman created the benchmark and climate of contemporary comic book films. Christian Bale's Batman will forever be THE 'Batman' precedent for at least 15 years.

2. The plot, how can you keep the 'Man of Steel's' origin in its original canon, but rewrite Batman's?

3. I suspect they're borrowing parts of The Dark Knight Returns, but how can you do so without Green Arrow? Harvey Dent? Catwoman?

...this just three, of my concerns about what this popcorn flick with do to the legacy of Justice League and Batman.
