Like you said to protect american involvement, but then you mention in your last post and this one; that she is only in all of this for herself. If the invasion makes it's way toward american soil, that indirectly messes with her, and her narrative. So why wouldnt she do something?

The OG SS was in an American city. She sacrificed an entire military squad to save herself. Then had everyone in the room shot.

What I'm saying is if these butterfly's became a problem and started effecting things on a serious scale, inturn indirectly effecting her wellbeing, she'd actually do something about it. She never told her own daughter what a butterfly was. Her own blood? Put her in danger without full knowledge. Isn’t that close to her well-being?

Protecting yourself has nothing to do with helping others.
