Someone reminded me the other day that Greenwald was a stalwart defender of Matt Hale and his neo nazi terrorist cult, the World Church of the Creator. He even said that it set bad legal precedent for the family of the church's murder victim to be able to sue the church for recompense.

I got no proof. But Greenwald has been defending pedo shyt for awhile, based on age of consent; I don’t care what the law says, if you fukk a 16 year old even if it’s legal you’re a pedophile to me. He’s 20 years older than his husband. When he met his husband he was 20, Greenwald was near 40. I have no issue with that since they’re both adults but given the types of shyt Greenwald says about age of consent or raises flags to me.

i guess he is corrupted by right wing money now. that may be the simplest answer. taibbi is going down a bad path as well but i think taibi actually is operating with genuine motives. while they are both on substack now, im sure taibi made way more money than glenn ever could with rollingstone and his published books, so he has a higher threshold for corruption.
