I'm thinking Nuckeldu or Daigo. Du has momentum right now and is playing superbly, and Daigo is Daigo. Despite not being dominant, he seems just a level above almost everyone.
I've been watching less and less SFV so I haven't seen Du much but I've been hearing his name a lot lately
