Vince a scum bag but him using the network tv flop to fund wrestlemania is

I low key wonder if him flopping on TBS and getting pressure from Ted Turner about his low ratings being the primary reason why he hated southern "wrasslin" so much.

Even when he killed it off the second time in 2001, a large portion of the southern "wrasslin" fan just disappeared & didn't migrate to WWE. I suppose he eventually won them back more recently, or maybe some of that audience is the core of the AEW audience.

The Black Saturday episode was solid. It's hilarious hearing Jim Cornette talk about losing the history of pro wrestling with Vince McMahon selling to Endeavor while simultaneously badmouthing Tony Khan on the internet for trying to do his part keeping late 80s/early 90s NWA/WCW nostalgia alive

Tony Khan's problem is that he didn't learn what made NWA/WCW great, at it's best.

Just because you're a fan doesn't mean you should be running the show anymore than I should be coaching an NFL or NBA team.
