they leave out a lot of problematic shyt. It's for people who kinda sort know them but are into their early life story.
The Warrior A&E one went more in depth with his early life, how he got the Dingo Warrior name, interviews with his family, Sting, Vince, Shane, etc.
Vince was kinda cold talking about him. Basically Ultimate Warrior considered Vince as a father figure and hung out with him a lot at the McMahon house (which apparently rarely happens) and Vince was like "I only have one son

You should try to watch it. It's pretty hilarious to see everyone shyt on him, especially the Edge & Christian impressions of his promos.
