This is a tough one for me. They need a qb but none of the qbs are worth that. They need defense but I dont see thibodeaux being a dan Campbell guy so no for him. Hamilton is the bpa but a safety at 2 is kinda....weird value wise.

I’d much rather have an elite prospect at safety than taking a 7/10 prospect like Hutchinson and Thibs just because they play Edge .


Travon Walker ? nikka literally played with 3-4 First round picks and didn’t produce shyt …he just up there because of his combine

Thibadeaux. My general rule if you're drafting that high: QB or a big buy. I'm not taking a safety at 2, sorry. I'll take the best pass rusher and that alone should make our secondary better by default no matter who we draft at safety later.

Safety is literally the most unimportant position on defense these days. I can’t see taking one at #2 unless it’s the next Ed Reed

Lions have been super conservative this offseason. Tells me they’re building through draft and are not setting Goff up for success next year. You draft Willis and let him sit for a full year. Deal Goff somewhere next year when roster is further developed for Willis. Highest upside QB in draft, dynamic playmaker. Brunell would be good coach fir Willis play style. Won’t know if you’ll be in position next year to get a top QB prospect
