I’m going to go with Kenneth Murray. I think he can play OLB in the 4-3 and he seems like a Mayock/Gruden type of player. He is also bigger than queen.

this would give them Littleton and Murray on the outside with Kwiatkoski in the middle.

this would also be a good time to trade back and pick up a cb like Fulton/Diggs/Terrell/gladney depending on who best fits the system.
