I do think Ellsbury should be moved for pitching and then sign one of Hamilton, Ross, Swisher in that order

Yup... move Ellsbury for pitching, put Victorino in center, sign Hamilton for left field. If we don't get Hamilton, and get either Swisher or Ross for left field, I'd be good with that too.
