I use the 5x5 StrongLifts app and I love how it is designed. Very easy to track progression

I'm looking at Hevy, Strong, and Hardy App. Not sure which I'll go with.

Been using Hevy and it's solid. I was working progressive overload and Stronglifts 5x5 was a good app but if I used my iPhone then switched to my Galaxy it didn't transfer my history between them.

Hevy is pretty close to letting me use just my Apple Watch without the phone to track lifts.

I just went from fitbod to hevy. It's really good. Idk what premium even does since I can get everything I want for free.

I think the free version caps out at 4 routines and the graphs on the data only goes back 3-4 months.
