Update:

Not a cop. White guy is Jonathan Pentland, SSG US Army.

Victim here is named Deandre and lives in the same neighbourhood, he was just taking a walk like he usually does when accosted by this roided up racist and his wife.

Jonathan was later charged for malicious injury to property after he smashed Deandre's phone.

White guy isn't even a cop.
