I dunno. I think he might for a time, but I could honestly see this as a long-con to turn Roman face. Heel Rock is realistically the only thing I could honestly see turning Roman. Roman's at the point where even Brock (pre-Vince lawsuit) was effectively a face against him. Only way to pivot this Roman into a face run before he dips to try and get movie roles is to run him against a Rock that isn't just Bloodline affiliated, but strong-armed the family to his side and has the Board.
That said, it'd basically just be an extended setup to try and turn Roman into SCSA. And I'd rather we ain't do that, either tbh.

Notice how he was getting seriously booed at the press conference and fans were laughing along with him and chanting for him after insulting them this time. It was a lot of winking at the audience and I preferred the cinema we got at the press conference with power tripping, executive Rock.
