shyt like this happens way too often in just about every major city...fukking with people to get a reaction,then act like bytches when a citizen tries to assert their rights. Why change when the people who matter(lawmakers) will always back them up..

Yo that could have gone REALLY bad for dude. He was reaching in his pocket trying to put his phone up and that could have gotten him shot. In situations like this you should just fight it in court and fully comply because it's a lose, lose situation. Sometimes you have to ease your hand out of the mouth of a beast.
When I come into contact with cops I talk to them with respect and keep an even but firm tone of voice even if they are wrong. Most cops are looking for a reason and if you are going to fight back you better be ready to go all out, big boy was in no condition to defend himself in a fist fight at all or stop him from reaching for that gun and leaving his brain all over the wall.

If cops stop u, any kind of resistance or hostility they sense is gonna set them off...the minute he started pushing that cop around I knew it was a wrap.. Then when he took the swing at him I knew that cop was gonna take him down ... Dude was being kinda stupid to be honest, he's lucky that didn't turn out worse for him ...coulda got it way worse than that....w that said I dono if if classify this as "brutality" but harassment? Definitely, especially if he was stopped for no reason.
