Sorry, I was talking about WrestleMania 38 with Brock and Roman. Way too much work to make title vs. title happen, and unifying the titles made it even worse. Roman should have just defended both belts separately and dropped one when the right guy came along (Drew at Clash of the Castle).

They need to address the Universal Title lineage because it still lives on with the "Undisputed WWE Title."

It's currently 1 title with 2 lineages. Why they haven't just ended the Universal Title lineage by now is confusing to me.

I thought they would have retired the Universal Championship once Roman made it past 1,000 days, especially since they gave him a new belt instead of carrying both, but I guess that title's going to live on forever.

It's weird because they've done title vs. title matches and unification matches before. They've never made it this complicated.

Yeah that's still weird to me, they should have deaded the Universal title lineage when Cody won the match vs Roman at WM 40 but for some odd reason it lives on as part of the "Undisputed WWE Title".

So Cody has a 335+ day reign on both. lol
