NXT needs to now be considered equal with the main roster

or it shouldn't be viewed as a stepping stone anymore. Some talent are just better suited on there than they are on the main roster. Most of the NXT audience likely has WWE Network, whereas you cannot say the same for everyone who attends RAW/SD shows.

....Nakamura, Asuka, Roode, multiple others who you just know there's not enough room for them to really SHINE on the main roster.... Just let them be superstars on NXT and leave it at that. OR, maybe have the occasional matchup against RAW/SD talent and gradually introduce them to the "main" audience.

They won't even put SD equal to Raw.

NXT needs to be 90 minutes though to really flesh out the characters and feuds. You see some people wrestle and then literally won't see or hear or them again for another 5 months, if not longer.

NXT reminds me of an old school NWA show. I feel if they tamper too much it may end up resembling Raw and SD in a bad way. How is their touring going? A 2nd hour highlighting some of that footage(if the shows are lit) could be cool.

They tour a lot but the problem with the tours is the big names are only at the tapings in Orlando and all the lesser known startup no name talent is on the tours

nah, they split the roster on tour like raw/sd. they'll keep a big name or 3 for 2 live shows going on at once

People can't stay in NXT forever. NXT can't be responsible for the main roster not using people properly.

NXT is supposed to be a developmental division but now it's just a holding center for all the indy talent that they raided. NXT needs to remain a developmental division. One thing that they should do is add a midcard title. Maybe even bring back that old FCW Title for Ironman matches.
