Duuuuuvaaaaal!!
Anybody know where I can find some nutrition plans for weight loss?
I want to start a program so that I can drop about 40 lbs and tone up. I'll be pairing it with weight training/cardio.

Well if you want to drop some weight so drink a plenty of water daily. You should, drink at least 6-8 glasses of water every day. Studies have shown, that a decrease in water intake causes fat deposit to increase and an increase in water intake can actually reduce fat deposits. Water also flushes, waste from the body. Hope that helps.
