Now that Floyd has 'retired', who does The Ring think is the best WW in the world?

I don't really buy Floyd's 'retirement' but I only see him going 1 or 2 more fights max anyway. So, for all intents and purposes, we'll say he's retired.

Who does the ring think is best WW in the world now? Answer not who you think should be ranked higest but who you actually think is the best fighter in the division.

I'm going with Kell Brook. Can box, can brawl, can take a punch and give a punch. He's a bit basic but I view him above the rest.
