Notorious B.I.G tracks and verses are aging horribly IMO.

I cant even get into them like i used to. From what ive noticed is that his music for the most part has poor replay value. I heard some Slaughterhouse track earlier with Biggie on the hook and almost rolled my eyes im kinda sick of hearing his voice

obviously he is a legend with classics but as time goes on his music fades to me. I actually could care less to ever hear him rap agian, maybe in 5 years to hear Big Poppa or Hypnotize but hearing most of his music now is almost cringe worthy. his music simply does not have the impact or punch like it used to

Because of this and the fact that its been over a decade and a ton more rappers have come out....he barely cracks my top 30 for rappers i actually like to listen to on the regular. 100% serious too

:what: what point?

All of 90s rap sounds outdated somehow..fukk..even them sped up soul samples from the early 2000s sound outdated.

You expect something to still sound fresh and up to date 15-20 years later?

I feel the exact same way also man

Same thing with Pun.

It's just the occasional track once in a while.

I don't have the same problem with Pac, Eminem( Mid 90s eminem to 2002), ,etc

listen to Dr. Dre and Snoop and Pac and UGK etc they dont have this problem

The Chronic still sound "fresh" breh? Its a classic album but come on now..if anything didn't age well its those old west coast tracks.
