Nuke Dukem
Da Bears
So I plan on running and getting my endurance up to the point where I can run a 5k straight with no breaks. I plan on running 3 days a week and taking a break in between.
I plan on watching what I eat and also logging my calories (NH). I went from 210 lbs to 164 lbs just by running and watching what I eat and counting calories.
Now I have p90x sitting on the external HD and I've started it before, but never have been motivated to finish all 90 days.. Maybe Im lazy, Maybe home workout DVDS just aren't for me.
So now I'm starting up working out again and have no gym access.
Here's what I have at home, its not much but its something:
two 20lbs dumbbells
Iron Gym ( thing you put in doorway for pull-ups)
Resistance Bands
Big exercise ball
So what would be the best way to utilize the limited amount of equipment I have and still get a decent workout in
