what's he saying? I can't listen on my work computer...but I for sure know that buying a home is no problem outside of like NY, MIA, CHI, LA, SF and Austin...
Most other places in America are truly affordable.

For example you couldn't get a residential mortgage on the house in Australia because of the state it's in. You're not getting a loan if you can't conduct an inspection. You're not putting down less than 20% unless it's an FHA or VA loan. There's probably more I missed.

*affordable to me. Me and my fiancée make $130k combined with no kids. Avg house around Denver is in the low 600s now.
