Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Nore was a really dope MC from '95-'98.

I would say wild underrated during that stretch.

People focus too much on the lyrics

His mic presence, charisma, disposition, demeanor and boisterousness in the booth is what made him so entertaining.

I actually fukked w the melvin flynt album heavy.

I thought he had dope lyrics.

But he didn't sound like anybody else. That's what I found to be the dopest thing about him. His flow and style was very much just some Nore sh*t. I liked how he had his own thing, but could still say funny and fly sh*t and do it in his own original way.

yeah. as much as he is not seen as a lyricist, I liked his diss better than Tragedy's when they were beefing. This reminds me to upload that Noreaga german interview I have on the german hip hop show. Absolutely no one on the internet has it but me. I recorded it 25 years ago when i met him over there(i posted those pics here before) and he did an interview while there.

I don't keep up with breh so I don't know if he's told these stories before but this was a dope interview, he said he did "I'm Leaving" off the Firm album all in one take and Dre wasn't tripping and he was supposed to be the only feature but AZ thought they were putting on for Queens so he decided to sneak Half-a-Mill in there as well.

As for the hook on "Superthug", he said he would go in the booth and repeat "what what" as a way to count bars then come back later to lay the hook but Pharrell thought it sounded dope the way it was and told him to keep it.

He said Nature kept fronting on every single beat Swizz played him for six hours until he heard "Banned from TV" and wrote his verse mad fast and Styles P rolled up Nore's weed but never passed it to him. :mjlol:

He also said Pun was the one who taught him he could charge money for features and Wayne told him he was doing features on everybody shyt cause he was trying to copy them both. And "Nothing" is based on "J Beez Coming Through" by the Jungle Brothers cause Pharrell told him to study them.
