Believe it or not most businesses have some form or fashion of non-compete clauses and it's usually longer than 90 days. Most companies choose not to enforce them though.

In wwe they get paid during those 90 days.

Yeah, I see it a lot in management agreements when one company acquires another. Managers or key personnel aren't allowed to compete for 1-2 years depending on the contract.
