No title car in Georgia at a REAL tempting price($3,500) is it easy to be the real owner and I can get it taken from me(it's only 9 years old)

I mention it's only 9 years old because in some states if the vehicle is 25 years or older the title not being there is basically like it is there, they really don't care about a care that old but this car is only 9 years old(2015). Worth a shot or a wast of my money and a headache
