Why was it illegal? I can't tell if it was helmet to helmet or not. It also looked like it wasn't late (can't tell action was too fast).

I hope it's not because he hit him too hard.

When I first saw that hit my eyes followed the helmet, expecting his head to still be in it. That hit was vicious

It was a VICIOUS hit, and probably illegal...thought I've yet to see a good luck at it.

But, it appears that Mays' helmet did hit Schaub's...but Schaub was also in his throwing motion and turned his shoulders at the very last second exposing him to that kind of hit.

Probably illegal, but certainly not dirty.
