Facts. The best part of this month is that I've avoided porn for the majority of it. There was an accidental slip-up but for the entirety of the month I've watched maybe two minutes of porn which I think is a big success so far. Definitely makes the other aspects much easier.

Hopefully, next month I can totally stop looking at naked women online (not that I've seen many, or actively looked for them) and just rely on nudes of women I know irl. I want to disconnect sexual habits from this internet/phone shyt.

Between the world cup and rock climbing the rest of this month and next month should be easy.

One thing I don't like is that I'm looking at women irl hard. Imma get fired from one of my jobs soon, I can feel it. Idgaf
