i don't know. i haven't played my 3DS since a few weeks after i bought it. tons of games have dropped for it but i kinda threw it in the closet and forgot about it. i guess its worth $99 trade in for a 3DS XL. should probably just stand pat for now but i'm considering it.
I stay playing mines i play my handheld more than my consoles. XL been getting nothing but positive reviews. i did my research on it seen some vids couldnt say NO.
On my Way to get it now

That's pretty much paying retail unless you already have games to dump. Usually there's a list of decent cost games that have to be traded in for such deals.I got mine for like 100..
store here is letting you trade 5 games to get it, you can find the games for like 15-25 each

brehs? I never got into the DS. Are the games any good? I mean arent they old school titles mostly? Are these games any better or worse than IOS/Android games?
Old school titles? The system came out in 2004. Not 1985
And of course they're better than the trash on iOS/Android.
